Exchange & Return
1 Original receipt must be available for any customer to be able to exchange any item exchange without receipt requires supervisor approval and signature.
2 At the time of exchange ,shop staff should check the date of purchase and its validity and stable the original receipt with the exchange receipt .
3 Any refund or exchange should be within 14 days of the purchase date.
4 Customer to sign on the return / exchange receipt , and give their phone number , and shop staff to indicate on the receipt that this is an exchange or refund, any transaction does not include the customer's signature and details will be ignored by the management.
5 If the items are wrapped products (perfume bottles, Oil Blend or filled wrapped incense…) then it must be wrapped and in same condition at the time of purchase unless the customer found any kind of damage.
6 Staff must get the management's approval through the area supervisor for any refund.
7 Oud,Oil Blend and Oud Oil products should be tested carefully by the staff and the Wight should be exactly as mentioned in the purchase receipt.
